石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定白酒及酿酒原料大米中重金属镉的研究(17)

摘要 对用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定白酒及酿酒原料大米中重金属镉含量的方法进行研究。探索样品前处理、基体改进剂、灰化温度、原子化温度等因素对结果的影响。通过实验条件优化,获得标准曲线相关系数为0.9993和0.9999,相对标准偏差为2.88 %和1.40 %,回收率为97.40 %~102.40 %和97.51 %~103.97 %。该方法操作简便、快速,精密度和准确度好,能满足白酒及酿酒原料大米中重金属镉的测定要求。

英文摘要 The determination of Cd content in Baijiu and liquor-making rice was performed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The influence of samples pretreatment, matrix modifier, ashing temperature, atomization temperature was explored. Through the optimization of experimental conditions, the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9993 and 0.9999, RSDs were 2.88 % and 1.40 %, and the average recoveries were 97.40 % to 102.40 % and 97.51 % to 103.97 %. This method was simple, rapid and accurate, and it could meet the demands in the determination of Cd in Baijiu and liquor-making rice.
