湿法消解-ICP-MS法测定葡萄酒中26种矿质元素(110)

摘要 比较了湿法消解与直接稀释两种前处理方式,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定葡萄酒中26种矿质元素的方法,并成功测定了新疆和环渤海湾两个产区的30个酒样。结果表明,未经消解的样品在测定过程中会产生基体效应,影响信号强度;新建方法中26种元素在各自线性范围内线性关系良好,检出限在0.003~2.624 μg/L之间,回收率在72.4 %~124.5 %范围内,精密度在1.3 %~5.4 %之间。本研究所建方法灵敏度和准确度高,适用于葡萄酒中多种元素的同时分析。不同产区葡萄酒中元素含量存在明显差异,可为葡萄酒的产地鉴别提供依据。

英文摘要 Two pretreatment methods including wet digestion and direct dilution were compared, then the determination of 26 kinds of mineral elements in wine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) had been developed, and 30 wine samples from two producing areas in Xinjiang and Bohai Bay were successfully measured. The results showed that, the matrix effects might occur in wine samples without wet digestion pretreatment during the determination, which would influence the signal intensity; the linear relationships of the 26 elements by the new method was good, the detection limit was between 0.003 μg/L and 2.624 μg/L, the recovery rate was within the range of 72.4 % to 124.5 %, and the precision was from 1.3 % to 5.4 %. This method was sensitive and accurate, and was suitable for simultaneous determination of multi-elements in wine. There were obvious differences in the content of elements in wine samples from different producing areas, which could provide reference for the identification of wine producing areas.
