基于便携式电子鼻的同香型白酒识别(25)

摘要 采用自制便携式电子鼻对4种同香型白酒进行了测量,研究了不同蒸发温度对白酒测量结果的影响。采用主成分分析法(PCA)对传感器信号进行了分析,应用人工神经网络(ANN)对4种白酒进行了识别。蒸发温度为20 ℃、40 ℃和60 ℃时,识别率分别为75 %、81.3 %和93.8 %。同时对误识产生的原因进行探讨,并提出了改进措施。

英文摘要 In this study, a portable electronic nose was used to measure 4 kinds of Baijiu products of the same flavor type. The effects of different evaporation temperature on the measurement were studied. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to analyze the signals of the sensors, and artificial neural network (ANN) was used to identify the 4 kinds of Baijiu products. As the evaporation temperature was at 20 ℃, 40 ℃ and 60 ℃, the identification rates were 75 %, 81.3 % and 93.8 % respectively. Meanwhile, the reasons of misidentification were also explored.
