本试验首次利用气相色谱法直接同时测定啤酒中甲醛和乙醇的含量，啤酒中的甲醛和乙醇不经过萃取、蒸馏等处理直接用气相色谱法同时进行测定。该方法的线性关系良好，相关系数分别为r1=0.99924和r2=0.99911，精密度和重现性较好，精密度值分别为4.19和2.66,加标试验最大回收率值为91.0 %，以3倍噪音计算得到方法的检出限分别为0.0065 μg/mL和0.0023 μg/mL。实验结果表明，采用气相色谱法直接测定啤酒中的甲醛和乙醇操作简单、省时、经济、环保，且省去了传统方法的蒸馏与手工测定比重等繁琐操作，数据可靠，干扰小，检测的灵敏度高，分析速度快，稳定性好，适用于日常啤酒中甲醛和乙醇的检测。 |

Simultaneous Determination of Formaldehyde and Ethanol in Beer by Gas Chromatography

In this study, the content of formaldehyde and ethanol in beer was measured directly (without extraction, distillation and other processing) and simultaneously by gas chromatography for the first time. The linearity of the method was good with the correlation coefficients r1=0.99924 and r2=.99911. The precision and reproducibility were satisfactory, and the precision values were 4.19 and 2.66 respectively. The maximum recovery was 91.0 %. The detection limits of triple noise were 0.0065 μg/mL and 0.0023 μg/mL respectively. The experimental results showed that, direct determination of formaldehyde and ethanol content in beer by gas chromatography was simple, time-saving, economical and environment-friendly, and it could eliminate the tedious operation such as distillation and manual measurement. Besides, it had the advantages including reliable data, less interference, high detection sensitivity, fast analysis, and good stability, and it was suitable for routine determination of formaldehyde and ethanol in beer.
