气相色谱-火焰热离子检测器法测定白酒中甜蜜素的研究(125)

摘要 建立了一种用气相色谱-火焰热离子检测器(FTD)法测定白酒中甜蜜素含量的分析方法。样品中的甜蜜素在强酸性溶液中与次氯酸钠反应,生成N, N-二氯环己胺,然后用正庚烷萃取,GC-FTD测定,外标法定量。本方法的标准曲线在0.5~10 mg/L的浓度曲线范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99。本方法的回收率为92.3 %~102.1 %,相对标准偏差在2.9 %~4.3 %之间,方法检出限为0.2 mg/L。实验结果表明,本方法操作简便、快捷、准确度高、重现性好、方法检出限低,适用于白酒中甜蜜素含量的测定。

英文摘要 A method for the determination of sodium cyclamate content in Baijiu by gas chromatography-flame thermionic detector (GC-FTD) had been developed in this study. Sodium cyclamate in the sample reacted with sodium hypochlorite, generating N, N-dichlorocyclohexylamine, then the derivative was extracted with n-heptane and finally determined by GC-FTD with external standard method. The standard calibration curve of this method was between 0.5 mg/L and 10 mg/L, and the linear relationship was good (R>0.99). The recovery of this method was between 92.3 % to 102.1 %, RSD was between 2.9 % to 4.3 %, and the detection limit was 0.2 mg/L. The experiments proved that this method was simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible with low detection limit. Hence, it was suitable for the determination of sodium cyclamate content in Baijiu.
