建立了用气质联用仪内标法测定与酒接触的包材塑料瓶盖中16种邻苯二甲酸酯的含量的分析方法。样品通过色谱纯正己烷超声提取、过滤、多次淋洗后用GC-MS内标法测定。该方法的标准曲线在0.1～2 mg/L的浓度曲线范围内，且每个曲线的线性关系较好，该方法的回收率为80 %～110 %，精密度为0 %～3.5 %，本方法具有简单、快捷且稳定性好的特点，适用于食品接触材料等食品安全指标的监控。 |

Determination of the Content of Phthalate Esters in the Packaging Material by GC-MS

In this study, GC-MS for the determination of the content of 16 phthalate esters in the plastic bottle cap had been developed. The samples were extracted with ultrasonic by acetonitrile and then filtered and washed for multiple times, and finally determined by GC-MS. The standard curve of this method was in the range of 0.1～2 mg/L, and the linear relationship of each curve was good. The recoveries of this method were between 80 % to 110 %, and the accuracy was between 0 %～3.5 %. This method had the advantages including simple and fast determination and good stability, and it was suitable for the determination of food contact materials to monitor food safety indicators.
