青稞酒中铅含量的检测方法(119)

摘要 为了更加方便、快速、准确地检测青稞酒中铅的含量,本试验建立了一种加热浓缩消解-石墨炉原子吸收(GF-AAS)/电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定白酒中铅含量的方法。试验结果表明,加热浓缩消解-GF-AAS法,样品的加标回收率在96.8 %~97.8 %之间;加热浓缩消解-ICP-MS法,样品的加标回收率在97.9 %~100.4 %之间。两种方法均测定了质控样,结果满意,均符合实验室质控要求。同时对两种方法进行了统计学检验,结果表明,两种方法并没有显著性差异,这两种方法的准确度高、精密度好,能够简便、快速、准确地测定青稞酒中的铅含量。

英文摘要 In order to detect Pb content in highland barley liquor rapidly and accurately, the method of heating concentration digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GF-AAS) /inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) had been developed. The experimental results suggested that, the recoveries of GF-AAS ranged from 96.8 % to 97.8 %, and the recoveries of GF-AAS-ICP-MS ranged from 97.9 % to 100.4 %. Both methods had satisfactory results in quality control samples determination. Meanwhile, statistical test suggested that there was no significant difference between them. The two methods had the advantages including high accuracy and precision, and they could be used for the determination of Pb content in highland barley liquor rapidly and accurately.
