常压制备SiO2气凝胶及其在吸附白酒中异嗅化合物的研究(57)

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯、乙醇和去离子水为前驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶法和常压干燥法制备SiO2气凝胶,对气凝胶样品进行密度测量、电镜扫描(SEM)、氮吸附测试、红外光谱(FT-IR)分析等。结果表明,气凝胶样品具有连续纳米网络结构、比表面积达608.77 m2/g、纳米尺寸为10~30 nm、密度为300~500 kg/m3。SiO2气凝胶应用于对酒尾和酒样中异嗅化合物的吸附,结果表明气凝胶对乳酸乙酯、己酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯和异戊醇等都具有一定的吸附性。

英文摘要 Tetraethoxysilane, ethanol and distilled water were used as precursors for the preparation of silica aerogel by sol-gel process and ordinary pressure drying. The silica aerogel was analyzed by density measurement, electron microscopy, nitrogen adsorption test and FT-IR. The results showed that, the aerogel had a continuous nanometer structure, its specific surface area was 608.77 m2/g, its nano size was 10~30 nm and its density was 300~500 kg/m3. The silica aerogel was applied to the absorption the off-odors in tail liquor and liquor samples and it was effective in absorbing ethyl lactate, ethyl caproate, ethyl butyrate and isoamyl alcohol.
