四川省中小型酒类企业员工素质培养现状与对策研究

摘要 高素质的人才是一个企业品牌建设最本质、最内核的要素,企业员工素质教育是培养高素质员工和提高企业核心竞争力的重要手段。四川省中小型酒类企业员工素质培养存在企业经营管理者对员工培养重视不够、培养体系不健全、培养效果评价监督体制缺失等问题。针对以上问题提出如下对策:树立正确的企业素质教育理念,加强企业文化建设,营造良好的企业人文环境,完善企业员工素质培养体系,优化员工素质培养方式,建立员工素质培养激励机制,科学评价员工素质培养效果。

英文摘要 High-quality talents play the most essential and core role in enterprise’s brand construction. Staff quality education in the enterprise is an important approach to cultivating high-quality employees and to enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprises. In small and medium-sized distilleries in Sichuan, there were some problems in staff quality training such as manager’s insufficient attention to staff quality training, imperfect training system and lack of training evaluation & supervision system etc. To solve the above problems, some countermeasures were put forward in this paper as follows: to set up correct concept of enterprise quality education, to strengthen enterprise culture construction, to create good cultural environment in the enterprise, to optimize staff quality training modes, to establish incentive mechanism of staff quality training, and to evaluate scientifically the effects of staff training.
