甘蔗糖厂附产酒精，酒精粗馏残液是高浓度有机废水，排量大，是糖厂的主要污染源，要求达到零排放。在实地调研的基础上，对生产工艺及工艺条件进行改进，提出4种减排途径，其投资小，容易改进。改进后的糖酒厂可将日产15 t、96 %vol酒精的日排粗馏残液量由原来的241 t减少至134 t，日减残液上百吨。 |

Wastewater Treatment in the Production of Cane Molasses Alcohol——Investigation on the Reduction Approach of Residual Solution in Distillation

Alcohol, as the attached product in canesugar manufacture, its residual liquid after crude distillation is high-concentration organic wastewater and the discharge of such wastewater has become the main pollution source in the manufacture. Accordingly, zero discharge is required. Based on on-site investigation, the production techniques and the technical conditions had been improved and four reduction approaches were put forward. After the innovation, the residual liquid amount in the canesugar manufacture (daily yield 15 t 96 %vol alcohol) reduced from original 241 t to 134 t (reducing about 100 t residual liquid daily).
